Prepararlas es muy sencillo, solo tienes que meter en el vaso de la batidora todos los ingredientes, emulsionar y aplicarlo a las setas, despu\u00e9s a la parrilla y listo. En muchas regiones espa\u00f1olas como mi tierra Arag\u00f3n es t\u00edpico comer los n\u00edscalos a la parrilla, son fant\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como ahora no es temporada de setas vamos a decantarnos por las de criadero, elige de buena calidad y que est\u00e9n tersas y frescas. Este punto es muy importante. Siempre asa las setas a fuego indirecto, que no les llegue la llama, adem\u00e1s le he a\u00f1adido astillas de encina para darle un toque de humo muy ligero que les aporte matices pero que no se apodere y anule el sabor de las setas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Setas-shiitake-interior.jpg\" alt=\"receta bbq setas\" class=\"wp-image-179\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Setas-shiitake-interior.jpg 800w, https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Setas-shiitake-interior-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Setas-shiitake-interior-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Setas-shiitake-interior-768x768.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8dc98af12e1319c8e2808c7e6571494e\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>600 g de setas shiitake (150 g por comensal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Para el ali\u00f1o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 ml de tu mejor aove en esta ocasi\u00f3n vamos a utilizar una arbequina catalana o navarra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 dientes de ajos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chalota.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 bayas de pimienta blanca o tu favorita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tomillo fresco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lim\u00f3n, zumo y ralladura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jengibre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tu salsa picante favorita.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfComo preparar setas shiitake ali\u00f1adas asadas a la llama?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22df25b790210d181e0af727d6ed92e9\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Pon todos los ingredientes del ali\u00f1o en el vaso de la batidora, tritura hasta conseguir una pasta fluida, si te queda muy seca a\u00f1ade m\u00e1s aceite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Prueba y ajusta sabores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Pon las setas en un bol y agrega la marinada, mezcla bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Deja que reposen ente 10 y 15 minutos, no las dejes m\u00e1s tiempo que se ablandaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Escurre las setas y col\u00f3calas en la parrilla, ponlas a fuego indirecto, a\u00f1ade las astillas y cierra la barbacoa que se ah\u00famen cinco minutos primero por la parte del env\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Abre la barbacoa y dales las vuelta y rellena la seta con un poco de ali\u00f1o y ponlas en el fuego otra vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Otro par de minutos ser\u00e1 suficiente. Sirve tus setas inmediatamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-35a741be394adab51553deca9c281e34\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Consejos del chef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elige setas sitake muy frescas y tersas, la calidad de la seta marcara el resultado de tu trabajo. L\u00edmpialas con un trapo h\u00famedo, nunca con agua y menos debajo del grifo. Al ali\u00f1o le puedes a\u00f1adir los ingredientes que m\u00e1s te molen, es un ali\u00f1o muy vers\u00e1til que te servir\u00e1 para miles de platos tanto de verduras, carne o pescado.
