{"id":183,"date":"2025-07-02T13:02:41","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T11:02:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/?p=183"},"modified":"2025-07-14T13:22:21","modified_gmt":"2025-07-14T11:22:21","slug":"salmon-a-la-brasa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lacarboneria.es\/wp-blog\/salmon-a-la-brasa\/","title":{"rendered":"Cocina en tu barbacoa: aut\u00e9ntico salm\u00f3n a la brasa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Debido a una composici\u00f3n nutricional excelente gracias a su contenido en grasas saludables, el salm\u00f3n es un alimento que se recomienda incluir en la dieta de las personas que presenten factores de riesgo para desarrollar una enfermedad cardiovascular, o en el caso de aquellos pacientes que hayan sufrido ya alg\u00fan episodio de este tipo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por ello, te traemos una recetas deliciosa, para chuparte los dedos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-76b4b75a614f62379869c63825af5445\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Ingredientes (4 personas)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 filetes de salm\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 lim\u00f3n peque\u00f1o.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tomates de tama\u00f1o medio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dl. de aceite de oliva virgen extra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pimienta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laurel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Romero.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-22df25b790210d181e0af727d6ed92e9\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Prepara las brasas para sistema directo a unos 220 grados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Previamente en un bol, corta el lim\u00f3n y expr\u00edmelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. A\u00f1ade el aceite de oliva junto con la sal, el laurel, el romero y el toque de pimienta que te guste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Deja que la marinada repose un ratito y sumerge los filetes de Salm\u00f3n en el l\u00edquido y espera a que la parrilla este en su punto \u00f3ptimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Comprueba que la parrilla este bien limpia y al punto optimo de calor, escurre los filetes de Salm\u00f3n y p\u00f3salos con suavidad sobre la parrilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Si te sobro marinada puedes pincelar el pescado seg\u00fan lo estas cocinando, a\u00fan te quedar\u00e1 mucho m\u00e1s jugoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Observa como va cambiando de color el salm\u00f3n seg\u00fan se va cocinando y volt\u00e9alo al gusto, con unos dos minutos por cara, estar\u00e1 m\u00e1s que listo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dificultad: Principiante.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-35a741be394adab51553deca9c281e34\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Consejos del chef<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este pescado se suele tomar al punto, si te pasas de cocci\u00f3n veras que la prote\u00edna del pescado se pone blanquecina, pero esto es al gusto de cada uno.
