Tradicionalmente se realizaba en \u00abcarboneras\u00bb u hornos de tierra, donde el carbonero deb\u00eda regular manualmente la combusti\u00f3n para evitar que la madera se convirtiera en ceniza o que quedase mal carbonizada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En instalaciones industriales se emplean hornos met\u00e1licos cerrados y controlados, que permiten una carbonizaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida, limpia y eficiente. Estos sistemas alcanzan rendimientos del 35 %, frente al 25 % de las t\u00e9cnicas artesanales, y emiten menos contaminantes al medioambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b0e35b63a4f092bf6f6b70af25a342d0\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Propiedades que hacen \u00fanico al carb\u00f3n de encina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El <strong>carb\u00f3n de encina<\/strong> destaca por su alta densidad (300\u2013340 kg\/m\u00b3), un poder calor\u00edfico excepcional (~7800 kcal\/kg), bajo contenido en humedad (6\u20138 %) y escaso residuo de ceniza (~5 %). Estas caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas lo convierten en uno de los carbones vegetales m\u00e1s eficientes y apreciados del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al encenderlo, produce brasas de larga duraci\u00f3n, estables y con m\u00ednima emisi\u00f3n de humo o chispas. Su porosidad interna facilita la entrada de aire y permite mantener altas temperaturas de cocci\u00f3n durante varias horas. Adem\u00e1s, su aroma natural, derivado de la madera de encina, aporta un matiz ahumado que realza el sabor de los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-60bd7a4f156e34ab8804adf31c844017\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">Usos culinarios, dom\u00e9sticos e industriales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El uso m\u00e1s extendido del <strong>carb\u00f3n de encina<\/strong> es la cocina a la brasa. Su capacidad para alcanzar temperaturas elevadas lo hace ideal para sellar carnes, asar pescados o preparar verduras con un toque r\u00fastico y sabroso. Es el preferido de muchos chefs por su rendimiento y por ser un producto sin aditivos ni residuos qu\u00edmicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante d\u00e9cadas fue esencial en la calefacci\u00f3n dom\u00e9stica, especialmente en braseros de interior donde se empleaba el \u00abpic\u00f3n de encina\u00bb, un carb\u00f3n fino que ard\u00eda sin llama.
