Pero existe un truco infalible, una vieja t\u00e9cnica que dominan los grandes maestros parrilleros y que no requiere term\u00f3metros digitales ni apps complejas: <strong>la regla de los 7 segundos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-448d2b03115253306036aa8826530630\" style=\"color:#fb0101;font-size:30px\">\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 consiste la regla de los 7 segundos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un term\u00f3metro humano tan preciso como intuitivo. Para saber si tus brasas tienen la temperatura perfecta para empezar a cocinar, solo tienes que colocar la palma de tu mano abierta a unos <strong>10 o 15 cent\u00edmetros de la parrilla<\/strong> (justo donde ir\u00e1 la comida).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ahora, empieza a contar. La clave est\u00e1 en cu\u00e1ntos segundos eres capaz de aguantar el calor antes de que tu instinto te obligue a retirar la mano:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>7 a 8 segundos:<\/strong> El fuego est\u00e1 suave, perfecto para cocciones lentas o para mantener la comida caliente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 a 6 segundos:<\/strong> Temperatura media. Ideal para piezas de carne que necesitan un poco m\u00e1s de tiempo o para verduras que no queremos que se quemen por fuera antes de hacerse por dentro.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3 a 4 segundos:<\/strong> \u00a1Aqu\u00ed est\u00e1 la magia! Es la temperatura perfecta para sellar un buen chulet\u00f3n, unas brochetas o cualquier pieza que busque esa costra caramelizada deliciosa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1 a 2 segundos:<\/strong> Fuego muy fuerte. Ten cuidado, esto es solo para marcar algo muy r\u00e1pido o si tienes una pieza muy fina.
